Pricing

How much does it cost to work with me?

Three things have fixed prices: a £150 paid issue call, a £97 ad account teardown and a £97 AI visibility teardown. No VAT is charged. Everything else is quoted after a free conversation, because it depends on your business, and a number without that context would be wrong for most people reading this. Terms are month to month.

How is everything else priced?

Ongoing work is quoted after a free call. Here's what each involves and what moves the price.

  • Fractional sales leadership. Usually one day a week, sometimes two. The price moves with the days needed and the size of the team. It does the job of a full-time senior hire, so compare it with the full cost of that hire: the hire cost calculator adds up salary, employer costs, recruitment and ramp for your own figures.
  • Ad management. The price moves with your ad spend, the platforms and how complex the account is. It starts with the £97 teardown, which is credited if you go ahead. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and never marked up.
  • Set Up and Go. One-off work for budgets under about £600 a month or new accounts, quoted on a free call. It depends on the platforms and how much needs building.
  • Commercial audit. Quoted on the free scoping call, depending on the size of the team. The fee is credited against the first month of a retainer.
  • AI adoption programme and implementation. A free scoping call, then a written proposal priced to your team. Built-for-you workflows and agents are quoted on scope.

Terms

  • Month to month, 30 days' notice
  • Ad spend never marked up
  • You own your ad accounts and your tools
  • No VAT is charged: Stratus Growth Limited isn't VAT registered

Questions people ask

Why aren't some prices shown?

Because they depend on your business: the days needed, the size of the team, your ad spend and platforms, and how complex the account is. A number without that context would be wrong for most people. Every quote comes after a free call.

Is VAT charged?

No. Stratus Growth Limited isn't VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Everything is month to month with 30 days' notice.

What happens to my ad account if we stop?

Nothing changes about who owns it. It's in your business's name with admin access for you, and you keep it and all of its history.

Can I start with one thing?

Yes. Most people start with a free scoping call, a £150 issue call or one of the £97 teardowns, and decide from there.

You're weighing up ongoing help

A 60-minute call to work out what's going on and whether I'm the right person to fix it. If I'm not, I'll say so on the call and tell you what would help instead.
