You pay for the issue call and the teardowns when you book, and the slot is confirmed straight away. The commercial audit is scoped on a free call first, then takes two weeks from the day I have access and call recordings.
Why pay for a review?
A typical agency audit exists to sell management, and it often leads into a discounted trial run by a junior account manager. My reviews are paid, so they don't have to sell you anything. You get the findings and you keep them.
