AI training built around your team's real work
I train small business teams to use Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot on their daily work, in two or three sessions pitched at the level they're at now. I bring the approach I use in enterprise AI adoption programmes to SMEs, and I can build the workflows, prompt libraries and agents for you.
Who is it for?
Small and medium businesses in any sector where a few people use AI and the rest don't. It works especially well for marketing agencies, and for sales teams handed AI licences with no guidance on what to do with them.
What changes after the training?
- The team works one way, instead of a few people doing it their own way
- Email triage, research, proposal drafts and reporting take a fraction of the time
- People know which tasks AI handles well and which it shouldn't touch
- A short AI usage policy tells everyone what can and can't go into a tool
- Someone inside the team keeps it going after the sessions end
How does the programme run?
Scoping call.
What your team does all day, which tools you already pay for and where the hours go.
Written proposal.
Sessions, topics and outcomes, priced to your team.
Two or three sessions.
Pitched at your team's level and built around its own work, not generic demos.
Build or hand over.
Your team builds its own workflows with my support, or I build the agents, prompt libraries and automations for you.
Why learn from me?
I use AI in my own work every day. I built and shipped Nodus, a live marketplace, and its marketing site with no engineering background, using AI-assisted development. I use it to build proposals and decks, to triage email, and for a start-of-day routine that surfaces the emails needing a reply and the actions to take. And I lead enterprise AI adoption programmes with Microsoft Copilot and Claude for technical and commercial teams, which is where the internal champion approach comes from.

From experience

Seehab AhmedFounder, Stratus Growth
In the enterprise programmes I lead, the adoption that lasts comes from two things: training on the workflows people use every day, and an internal champion layer that carries on after I've gone.
The value of AI in a proposal isn't a prettier deck. It's the hours it gives back to the rep or account manager, so they can work on what matters, which is the content that goes into it.
