Google and Meta ad management, run by one accountable person

I run Google, Shopping, Meta and Microsoft ads for UK small businesses, and I only take on accounts where the budget can pay back. The person who diagnoses your account runs it, using AI-assisted workflows for faster setup and closer monitoring, and you get a plain-English report every month.

Who is it for?

Owners of online stores and service businesses who already spend on Google or Meta, or are about to, and want one reachable person running it. Most have been running ads themselves without a clear view of the numbers, or pay an agency they no longer hear from.

What changes when you switch to me?

A typical agency

What I do instead

A free audit that is a sales step

A £97 teardown whose findings you keep, whatever you decide

A junior account manager who changes every few months

The person who diagnosed the account runs it

Performance Max by default, because it's quick to set up

Campaign types that suit your data, adding Performance Max once there's enough of it

Break-even ROAS worked out on ad spend alone

Break-even that includes the management fee

Reports you couldn't explain to anyone else

A monthly report in plain English

How does it work?

  1. Teardown.

I review your account and walk you through what I found on a live call. You keep a short summary whatever you decide. £97, no VAT charged, credited against management.

  2. Fix the foundations.

Conversion tracking, revenue tracking, campaign structure and a true break-even target that includes the fee.

  3. Run and improve.

I set up and run the campaigns myself, with AI-assisted workflows, and stay the accountable person on the account.

  4. Report every month.

Month-on-month progress, the wins and the issues I'm still working on.

Why me rather than an agency?

From October 2024 to June 2026 I ran sales at an award-winning UK performance marketing agency that worked with SMEs in services and ecommerce. Before anyone on my team pitched management, they had to review the prospect's account and diagnose what was broken, and so did I. I worked with every account manager on what they would set up, how they'd manage it and how they'd report back.

That gave me depth in diagnosis and strategy: I've seen most of the ways an account breaks. It also taught me the half an agency doesn't touch, which is what happens to a lead after it arrives. Now I run the accounts myself.

If your budget is too small for ads to pay back, I'll tell you, and I won't take your money to manage it.

In numbers
I've reviewed more than 250 ad accounts myself, and the sales teams I led reviewed thousands, diagnosing what was broken before anyone pitched management.
The mistake I see most
Inflated numbers from broken or misconfigured conversion tracking in Google Ads, and no revenue tracking in Google Analytics. The owner has no real view of what Google is doing for them.

Questions people ask

Who owns the ad account?

You do. It's set up in your business's name with admin access for you. If we stop working together, you keep the account and all of its history.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. You pay Google or Meta directly, and I never add a margin to it.

Is there a minimum budget?

I don't turn anyone away, but what I recommend changes with budget. Below about £600 a month, or for a new account, Set Up and Go usually makes more sense than ongoing management. From about £1,000 a month, management can pay back.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, usually the same day.

Do you use AI to run the ads?

Yes, openly. AI-assisted workflows make setup faster and monitoring closer. I make the decisions and I'm accountable for the account.
