One-off setup · Booked through a free call

Set Up and Go

Set Up and Go is a one-off setup for owners spending less than about £600 a month on ads, or starting a new account. I set up tracking, build the campaign structure, work out your true break-even target and hand it over so you can run it yourself. You book it through a free call, where I quote it.

Is Set Up and Go right for you?

  • You spend under about £600 a month on ads, or you're about to start
  • You're happy to run the ads yourself once they're set up properly
  • You were quoted a management fee that looked bigger than the likely return
  • You've run ads before and couldn't tell whether they worked

What do I set up?

The things that decide whether small-budget ads can work: conversion tracking you can trust, revenue tracking if you sell online, a campaign structure that suits a small budget and a break-even target that tells you whether ads are making money. Then I show you how to run it.

What you get

  • Tracking set up and checked against your own records
  • Campaigns built for your budget
  • Your true break-even ROAS or cost per lead
  • A handover so you can run and check it yourself
  • An account in your name that you own outright

Worth knowing: This is a proper setup and a handover, done once. It's a different job from ongoing management, priced as one-off work.

How it runs

A free call to agree scope, a written quote, then setup and handover. It covers Google Ads and Meta, for online stores and service businesses.

What I think
Many small business owners are sold management they can't afford. £15 to £20 a day of ad spend plus a management fee rarely breaks even, and the usual break-even figure leaves the fee out.
Why I offer it
I'd rather take one-off money for work that can succeed at your budget than a retainer that can't pay you back.

Questions people ask

How much does Set Up and Go cost?

I quote it on the free call, because it depends on the platforms and how much needs building. It's one-off work, never a retainer.

Why won't you manage a small budget?

Because a management fee on a small budget rarely pays back, and I'd rather you kept that money. A retainer that can't pay back costs you, and it costs my reputation.

Can I move to management later?

Yes. When your budget grows, a teardown will show whether management makes sense.
