Ad account teardown

The ad account teardown is a £97 independent review of your Google or Meta ad account. I go through the setup, tracking and spend, walk you through what I found on a live call, and you keep a short written summary whatever you decide. If you hire me to manage the account, the £97 is credited.

Is a teardown right for you?

  • You spend about £600 a month or more on Google or Meta
  • You're not sure the numbers in the account are real
  • You pay an agency and want an independent second opinion
  • You're thinking about switching who runs your ads

What happens in a teardown?

I review the account's setup, conversion tracking, revenue tracking, campaign types, bidding, search terms, spend trend, ownership and reporting. Then we go through it together on a live call: what's broken, why it matters for your margin and what I'd fix first. If ongoing management makes sense at your budget, I'll say so on the call. If it doesn't, I'll say that too.

What you get for £97

  • A review of your account by the person who would run it
  • A live walkthrough of the findings
  • A short written summary you keep, whatever you decide
  • A straight answer on whether management would pay back at your budget
  • The £97 credited against management if you go ahead

Worth knowing: The teardown tells you what's broken and what to fix first. The fixes themselves are part of management or Set Up and Go.

How long does it take?

Book and pay online and give me read-only access. I complete the review within 2 working days of access, and we hold the walkthrough call at a time that suits us both. Not ready yet? The free ad spend health check shows the symptoms in two minutes. Unhappy with your agency? See switching from your ad agency.

What I think
A free audit is a sales step, so its job is to sell you management. The teardown is paid, so its job is to tell you what's wrong. You keep the summary whether or not you hire me.
In numbers
I've reviewed more than 250 ad accounts myself, and the sales teams I led reviewed thousands.

Questions people ask

Why pay £97 when agencies offer free audits?

A free audit is a sales step, so its job is to sell you management. The teardown is paid, so its job is to tell you what's wrong. You keep the summary whatever you decide, and the £97 is credited if you hire me to manage the account.

What do you need from me?

Read-only access to your ad account and, ideally, Google Analytics, plus your own figures for last month's sales or enquiries.

Is there a minimum spend?

The teardown is built for accounts spending about £600 a month or more. Below that, or for a new account, the free Set Up and Go call is usually the better first step. I'll tell you which fits when you book.
