Ad management

Ads for Shopify and ecommerce brands

Ecommerce ads work when every channel is judged on the same number: profit after ad spend and fees. I run Google Shopping, Search and Meta for Shopify and ecommerce brands, with revenue tracking checked against your store and a true break-even ROAS that includes the management fee, so you can see what each channel earns.

Signs your store's ads need work

  • Google and Meta both claim the same sales
  • Revenue in the ad accounts doesn't match Shopify
  • You don't know which products make money after ad spend
  • ROAS looks healthy and profit doesn't

What do I do?

I check revenue tracking against your store, set a true break-even target for each channel, then run Google Shopping and Meta against it.

What you get

  • Revenue tracking checked against your store
  • A true break-even ROAS for each channel
  • Campaigns structured by margin
  • One monthly report across every channel

Worth knowing: I won't promise you a ROAS figure. You get an honest view of what your ads earn and steady work to improve it.

In numbers
In April and May 2026 I was the top ecommerce performer across the UK and US at the agency where I ran sales: 238% of target in April and 125% in May.
The mistake I see most
No revenue tracking in Google Analytics, so the owner can't see what Google is doing for the store.

Questions people ask

What ROAS should my store aim for?

It depends on your margin and your fees. At a 40% margin, £1,000 of spend and a £400 fee, break-even is 3.5, not the 2.5 you'd get from ad spend alone.
